Ranch has not been hunted for 35 years.  Mule deer, whitetail deer, antelope, pheasants,
sharp-tail grouse, sage grouse, Hungarian partridge, coyotes, badgers and other wildlife
live on this land.   Occasionally a moose & a few elk pass through.

   15 miles north of Glasgow, MT.  39  miles to Fort Peck Lake, 40 miles to CMR Wildlife Refuge. 
60,000 acre Bittercreek Wilderness Area is north of the property.  The Bittercreek wilderness
area boasts an abundance of prairie wildlife including mule deer, antelope, sharp-tail grouse,
sage grouse, and prairie dogs.  This prairie wilderness area is a perfect site to enjoy bird watching
with an amazing variety of predators and raptors, in particular, prairie falcons,
ferruginous hawks and golden eagles.

 Ranch is bordered on many sides by state & federal lands.
